Developed by Ithra Dubai and opened in 2024, One Za'abeel is home to the world's first vertical urban One&Only resort. Its two towers are joined by The Link, a span suspended some 100 metres above the ground.
In the Concourse, the collection draws on the colours, textures and tones of the Emirate's deserts and wadis. Local and international artists, contemporary art and traditional influences meet in an environment that is serene yet stimulating.
